With over five years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, Kyle brings a diverse range of skills and knowledge to his practice, having worked in both spa and clinical environments. His approach is rooted in a deep understanding of how physical trauma and stress can change the body and nervous system resulting in increased pain perception and muscle tension. By combining this understanding with extensive knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and fascial connections Kyle provides comprehensive treatments that are healing for both the body and mind
To enhance his expertise and better serve his clients, Kyle has completed training in Trauma-Informed Care, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and RAPID NeuroFascial Reset. In addition to taking these courses he has a passion for finding studies to stay up to date on new science and educate clients about what is actually causing the pain and to give hope when there might not have been much.
Kyle’s treatments are a balanced blend of therapeutic massage, client education, practical home care recommendations, and a bit of relaxation, tailored to each individual’s needs. By utilizing various massage techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, assisted stretching and active release in a focused and strategic way you can be sure Kyle will reduce your tension, stress and pain.
Outside of the clinic Kyle participates in a number of physical activities such as rock climbing, partner acrobatics, and circus training. After many years of pushing his body in these activities and years as an RMT Kyle has a very strong belief in our body’s ability to adapt to new things and heal itself. Having personally experienced and fully recovered from various injuries such as knee sprains, ankle sprains, back pain, shoulder dislocations, and forearm tendonitis, Kyle brings a unique empathy and understanding to his practice, helping clients navigate their own healing journeys.
