Hannah’s journey into massage therapy was inspired by her experiences as a competitive athlete during high school, fostering a profound passion for human physiology and anatomy. Driven by an innate curiosity and a desire to continually improve, Hannah is dedicated to ongoing learning and skill development to better serve her clients. With a treatment style that is soothing, grounding, and calming, Hannah creates a therapeutic environment that promotes relaxation and healing. Katerina is a 2016 graduate from Vancouver Career College’s Registered Massage Therapy program located in Kelowna B.C., where she has spent her entire life. Katerina believes in the body’s ability to heal itself and utilizes her expertise to assist in this process. Through listening to the body and thoughtful communication, she has a collaborative approach of reaching the specific goals of her clients. She combines that notion with her clinical education in order to provide a thorough, soothing, and effective massage. She provides a therapeutic massage with the intention of helping to realize postural correctness, as well as educating her clients to provide self care and reach a point of living without pain. This can be accomplished through deep tissue massage, trigger point work, sports massage, stretching, myofascial work, and joint manipulation. While firm pressure is her strength, relaxation and comfort are still the ideal goal. Katerina enjoys working with clients to resolve chronic pain, headaches, and whiplash, among other issues. By adjusting each massage to the individual client, she will provide a very specific massage for your needs. Ivy graduated from Okanagan valley college of massage therapy in Vernon in 2017. Her love for helping people and interest in anatomy and physiology was what initially drew her to massage therapy. Ivy worked at an old folks home for 6 years and soon realized that her passion was to help people heal their bodies for the best performance possible. Through listening to the body and client goals she is able to determine what needs to be worked on to get maximum benefit for her clients.
Ivy focuses on getting to the root of the problem in her treatments. She is happy to be able to help her clients on the path to recovery and maintenance of good health. Ivy’s treatment style includes myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, joint manipulation and stretching to help reach her clients goals of optimal overall health and physical performance. Maternity massage, neck and shoulder pain, headaches and post surgery care are some common reasons people come to see Ivy.
